VOLUNTEER and STIPEND POSITIONS

It takes more than performers to make a show happen. Before the actors step in front of the footlights, dozens of people are working behind the scenes to make sure those lights go on. Mystic Vision Players welcomes anyone who would like to help. Some positions have monetary stipends, but most, just like the actors on stage, are volunteer jobs.

ARTISTIC/TECHNICAL STAFF (Stipend Positions)
We are always seeking experienced directors, choreographers, music directors, stage managers, scenic designers, artists, costumers and the rest who are ready to work with a dynamic group of individuals.

CHILDREN'S SUMMER THEATRE WORKSHOP INTERNS (Stipend Positions)
We are seeking paid interns 18 years of age and older to assist with the activities at CSTW sessions.

Basic duties will include :
~ take daily attendance
~ supervise lunch time activities
~ facilitate theatre games
~ supervise end-of-the-day camper pick-up

Interns will also have the opportunity assist the artistic staff in the instruction and design aspects of the show. Learn while you earn!

VOLUNTEERS: PRODUCTION
Set painting, set decorating, sewing, finding and making props, tech crew - there are dozens of opportunities for anyone interested in being a part of the magic of theatre even if you don*t want to be on stage. No experience necessary; we will help you find a place in our organization. Just let us know you are interested!

VOLUNTEERS: FRONT-OF-HOUSE STAFF
Concessions sales people, ushers and raffle runners help our pre-show activities run smoothly so that we can continue to provide Broadway in the 'burbs. Lend your time, and see the show for free. It's a great way to help MVP and see our shows!
